High Spirits Harmony is Adelaide's multi-award-winning women's a cappella chorus, bringing together talented singers who are passionate about music, friendship, and performance.
Founded in 2014 and directed by Jane Stephens, our chorus brings together women who share a love of singing, friendship, and musical excellence. Through a cappella harmony, we create engaging performances that entertain, inspire, and connect with audiences.

Our repertoire is diverse, contemporary, and audience-friendly, featuring music from across the decades. We sing everything from beloved classics by The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Electric Light Orchestra, and Crowded House through to contemporary favourites by artists such as Avicii, Natasha Bedingfield, Keane, and The Waifs.

Our musical styles include contemporary pop, folk, soft rock, jazz standards, inspirational ballads, and seasonal favourites. Whether performing on stage, at community events, or private functions, we aim to bring warmth, energy, and rich harmony to every performance.
